I’m Sean Blank! I grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania, working on cars with my Dad. He was the go-to guy all his friends and family trusted to work on their vehicles. Even though he did not have a shop, we did all the work at our house. I first starting helping my Dad with cars when I was 8 years old, and my job was holding the flashlight. I was never any good at it as my curiosity always brought me under the car to see what he was doing. I quickly moved up from a flashlight holder to get me this wrench or that screwdriver, which eventually became boring too. I wanted to get in there, get my hands dirty, turn a wrench or two.
One of my favorite memories with my Dad was when I blew up my Toyota MR2. It was my first car which he bought me when I was 15. It was blue with a t-top roof and a rear mid-engine vehicle. Back then, the car was considered very popular and a trusted sports car. On this day, he said, son, it’s your turn. Remove the engine from the vehicle, tear down the engine, and let me know when it is done. Shortly after, I became knowledgeable about how all the pieces worked together in the engine, and I was hooked! I enjoyed every minute more than being in a candy store, and I love candy! After that, I was continuously looking to help my friends and their family with their cars. A few years later, working on cars became my trade and passion. I found myself working at many dealerships, which honed in on my craft and skills.
In 2014, God blessed me with my first auto care shop. I look forward to growing my business to provide you and the community with quality, trusted and reliable care.

Hello! I’m Brenna and married to the wonderful Sean!
I am originally from Temecula, Ca where I was raised in a family of restaurateurs. I graduated from Baylor University in 2007 with a BBA for Secondary Education with teacher certification. After Texas, I moved to San Diego where I produced weddings and events for luxury hotels for 13+ years. The Lord led me to Sean during the Covid season of 2020, where I fell head over heels and married him in 2021. I jumped at the opportunity to learn a new industry and work alongside him to grow the business.
My passion for hospitality and customer service is a part of who I am. I want every customer who calls or walks through our door to feel at ease despite the stresses of car troubles, knowing we have their best interest at heart. I never thought in my wildest dreams I would know so much about cars, but here we are and I wouldn’t change a thing!
Our History
In 2009, I moved to California from Pennsylvania in hopes of a Hollywood career. I settled in Los Angeles and began pursuing my dream. At the beginning of 2010, I found Every Nation City Church where I grew closer to God and He changed the desires of my heart. I decided to put Hollywood behind me and open an auto care shop.
In being from a small town in Pennsylvania, a person’s word means everything. When I purchased my first car in California from an independent dealer, I learned the hard way. I was an hour into my drive home, when the BMW I purchased broke down on the freeway. I towed it to a friend of a friend’s shop and decided to pay the owner their quoted costs to repair the vehicle. At this time, I did not have my personal tools to fix it myself and decided to trust the repair work. Unfortunately, I later realized I was ripped off and truly couldn’t trust anyone in the automotive industry. It was during this time, God spoke to me and I decided to open a trusted auto service business.
I started Sean’s Mobile Auto Tech in 2012 where I serviced vehicles through-out Los Angeles. As word of mouth spread, I became a trusted source, I was able to expand and open my first shop in Van Nuys, California in 2013. My first shop was 800 sq. ft. with only one bay and no office space. Business was going well and I was able to hire additional support in May of 2017. I worked diligently to continue to grow a reliable and trustworthy business and in May 2018 I expanded the shop into 2600 sq. ft with three bays, two technicians and office space/lounge
The Lord has blessed me with a love for cars and a growing business. In return, I give you my word that you and your vehicle will be well taken care of. Customer service is a priority as we want to ensure you leave our shop satisfied and return safely to the roads.
